The ASEAN Friendship Human Resource Center was established to strengthen friendly relations between Japan and ASEAN countries and to promote sustainable human resource exchange based on the spirit of mutual support.

As Japan faces an aging society with a declining birthrate, we aim to create a society where talented individuals from the ASEAN region can be welcomed and thrive. To achieve this, we provide support for Japanese language education and the development of specialized skills. Additionally, we contribute to improving local educational environments and serve as a bridge between the two regions through cultural exchange and mutual understanding.

We are committed to fostering an environment where the future generations of ASEAN can succeed in Japan. Through education support and human resource development, we strive to build a better society based on collaboration and mutual growth.
